Corban Digital links to external checkout platforms that process payment and deliver digital products. The final checkout page and seller terms control each order.
Digital delivery
Delivery is normally sent to the email address used at checkout or made available on the checkout platform’s confirmation page. Save the receipt and confirm that the email address is correct before paying.
If access does not arrive
- Check Spam, Promotions and Updates folders.
- Search for the product name and checkout platform.
- Use the support or reply route on the receipt.
- Include the purchasing email, product name and order number—never a password, one-time code or full card number.
Refunds and order issues
Refund eligibility, duplicate-charge resolution and replacement access are controlled by the seller terms shown at checkout. Review those terms before purchasing. If a delivered file is incomplete or corrupted, contact the platform support route shown on your receipt with the order details.
Luxe and other third-party offers
Luxe is not created or operated by Corban Digital and is described as final sale. Its seller controls billing, access, support and refund decisions. Confirm the latest terms on the official checkout page.
